Skills needed are: meticulous housekeeping, laundry, good family cooking, formal serving, in-house and outside property maintenance , both must drive and the gentleman must have had experience driving in New York City. The position is mostly live-in (in Roxbury Ct.), but at times , when required, must be able to work at the family's New York City apartment alongside other staff members and function as a live-out couple. The couple must therefore have either a residence or be able to rent or make arrangements to stay at a place that is within close commuting distance to Manhattan when working as a live-out couple. The couple will be provided with a car and their own private house on the property in Ct. This is a 5 day work week with usually Monday and Tuesday days off. Salary range is $140-160,000 gross per year + partial health benefits and 401k plan.
